Your instructor

I am Dr. Morgan Francis and I want to help you get your life back. I am a body image specialist, a clinical doctor and licensed mental health therapist, and a mother of three children who is dedicated to helping you make peace with your body and food. With over 20 years of clinical work and 10 plus years in private practice, I help clients reclaim their lives. I personally know how challenging it is to have a relationship with food. I struggled with an eating disorder and poor self-esteem for many years, missing out on special events because I was so insecure about my weight. It is when I finally learned to let go of the dieting that I realized I was not alone in my struggle. Too many of us are facing the same dilemma of diet culture. You deserve peace, joy, trust and connection in your relationship with your body and food.
