I am Dr. Morgan Francis and I want to help you get your life back. I am a body image specialist, a clinical doctor and licensed mental health therapist, and a mother of three children who is dedicated to helping you make peace with your body and food. With over 20 years of clinical work and 10 plus years in private practice, I help clients reclaim their lives. I personally know how challenging it is to have a relationship with food. I struggled with an eating disorder and poor self-esteem for many years, missing out on special events because I was so insecure about my weight. It is when I finally learned to let go of the dieting that I realized I was not alone in my struggle. In this course, I share my personal experience and professional knowledge to help you learn how to become an Intuitive Eater. You deserve peace, joy, trust and connection in your relationship with your body and food.

Dr. Francis is on a mission to end the stigma of mental health. Dr. Francis’ approach is compassionate care-fronting and she will help you get to the bottom of the problems creating havoc in your life. Together, you and Dr. Francis will identify past traumas, current stressors, and future fears that are holding you back from living your life to the fullest. She combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and transformational therapeutic techniques. While providing a safe environment, Dr. Francis is committed to providing individualized treatment, working with you to identify your goals, and develop a specific plan of action to reach your goals.
